Final Sale Policy

  • All sales at Silly Sloths are final unless you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair accessories and earrings are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items. 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us at hello@sillyslotsh.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

  3. We’ll happily assist you with a one-time replacement (same or similar style) or issue a store credit for verified product defects.


 Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders are processed quickly—usually within 1–2 business days.

  • We can only make changes or cancellations before your order has shipped. Please contact us right away if you notice an error.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping and order details (products ordered, discount codes, shipping address, and contact info).

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or reroute the package.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or mis-delivered due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
